General Terms and Conditions

Scope of application
ARTgallery- Keller managed by Iryna Keller (hereinafter referred to as "we") will execute your Internet order on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") in the form valid at the time of your order.

- Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking on the button [Buy/Order with costs] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

- Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you as a consumer exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with section 4.1, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods.
In all other respects, the provisions set out in detail in the following apply to the right of withdrawal

- Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of 7 euros per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

- Delivery
Delivery is only possible within Germany with UPS or DHL.
The delivery time is up to 5 days. We will indicate any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

- Payment
Payment is made in advance.
If you pay in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

- Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

- Dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. Further information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

- Copyright and rights of use
The contents of ARTgallery- Keller are protected by database, copyright and trademark law. These contents may not be copied or distributed or used or reproduced in any other way without the prior consent of the relevant rights holder. This also applies in particular to copying with the aid of robots, crawlers or other automatic mechanisms. Any improper use or exploitation or modification of the services is prohibited. In particular, the copying or extraction of content, offers, directories, databases etc. for commercial purposes is prohibited and will be prosecuted under criminal and civil law within the scope of the existing legal possibilities.
