    Nina Nikonenko is an internationally active Ukrainian painter with a focus on Plein Air Painting<\/strong>, Landscapes<\/strong>, Still life<\/strong> and lyrical portraits<\/strong>. Her artistic signature combines classical academic training with a modern color language and a deep emotional connection to the nature and culture of Ukraine. Her works are often created in the open air - plein air<\/em> - This gives them a special light and color intensity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nikonenko is regarded as a representative of a contemporary painterly poetics, which in the Ukrainian landscape painting<\/strong> as well as in the symbolism of European art history. Particularly noteworthy is her ability to merge sound and image - as in her highly acclaimed project \"Landscape of Music\"<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
